Deposit
A security deposit of £750 is required in addition to the first months’ fee, at the start of the period.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of occupation of the storage unit, subject to any deduction for payments still outstanding or any damage or loss of keys.
Payment Details
There is a minimum charge period of one month but no maximum occupancy period.
The first payment together with the refundable deposit is made on the start date of the contract and subsequent payments must be made within 7 days of invoice date.
We regret we cannot accept Debit or Credit cards.
